Last Revised October 20, 2014.
Due to the business-oriented nature of our business and the Site, the Site is not designed to appeal to anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly request or receive any information from children.
Information We May Collect
We only collect personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address or geographic location, when it is voluntarily submitted to us.
We use common, standard Internet technologies such as “cookies,” “web beacons/clear GIFs” and “visitor logs” on certain pages of our Site. These tools allow use to track the online usage patterns of our customers in a non-personally-identifiable fashion. Cookies are small pieces of information stored by your browser on your computer’s hard drive, at a web site’s request. Our cookies do not contain any personal information, but are used to keep track of temporary information. For example, cookies allow us to keep track of your requests submitted via Site. We use web beacons/clear GIFs in HTML-based emails sent to you in order to determine whether the emails have been read. We also use visitor logs to help us understand our visitor and traffic patterns and record information about what you viewed on our Site. The information obtained helps us learn where site referrals are originating from. No personal information can be obtained from visitor logs.
Uses and Sharing of Information Collected
All information collected is strictly confidential and is used for the sole purpose of conducting business with you. We do not share, sell, lend or rent any personally identifiable information about you to any third parties outside of Walters Faith or its affiliates. We will use information collected from you to, among other things, provide you with services, to send you information about us or our services, or to contact you when necessary.
It is your decision whether or not to share your personal information with us. You may opt out of sharing your information with us at any time by emailing us at info@WaltersFaith.com with the subject line stating “opt out.”
Notwithstanding anything else to the contrary, we may disclose your personal information if it is required to do so by law or if we have a good faith belief that disclosure is necessary to (i) comply with the law or with legal process served on us; or (ii) protect and defend our rights or property.
Third Party Web Sites and Links
We use industry-standard security measures in place to protect loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control, and we make good-faith efforts to store your information in a secure operating environment. However, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.
